About

Building rooms for picture and sound since 2014.

RWC LLC is a design and integration company. We draw the room, coordinate the trades who build it, install and wire the systems, and tune the result until it measures the way it was designed to.

How we got here

Ten years of learning which decisions cannot be undone.

We started in 2014 doing audio installs and wiring in rooms other people had already finished. That is an education in what goes wrong: speakers placed where the framing allowed, conduit that was never run, racks nobody could service, and rooms that sounded worse the more equipment went into them.

So we moved upstream. Now the drawing comes first, the trades get a plan they can build to, and the equipment is chosen for the room instead of the room being apologized for afterward.

How we work

Four commitments we will be held to.

The room comes first

Geometry, treatment, and isolation before brand names. A modest system in a correct room beats an expensive one in a bad one, every time.

Scope in writing

You get a documented design and a line-item scope before anything is ordered. No allowances that quietly grow at the end of a job.

Licensed trades, coordinated

Construction and electrical are performed by licensed contractors. We schedule around them and inspect the parts our systems depend on.

Documented handover

Wiring maps, rack elevations, calibration results, and equipment records. If we are not the ones servicing it later, the next person is not starting blind.

Sequence

What working with us looks like.

01

Design & drawings

Sightlines, speaker geometry, riser heights, and a low-voltage plan your builder and electrician can actually work from.

02

Pre-wire

We pull, route, and label everything before the drywall goes up, coordinating with the trades already on site.

03

Build & finish

Acoustic treatment, screen wall, masking, seating platforms, and equipment rack — assembled and fitted.

04

Install & calibrate

Gear installed, control programmed, and the room measured and tuned until picture and sound match the design.

Since 2014

Start with a conversation about the room.

Send the space, the schedule, and what you are picturing. We will tell you what it takes to get there — including when the honest answer is that the budget and the room do not match yet.
