Three kinds of room

One discipline behind all of them: get the room right, then fill it.

Speakers and projectors are the easy part. What separates a room that impresses from one that only looks expensive is geometry, treatment, and wiring decided before anyone opens a box.

On paper first

A twelve-seat private cinema, before a single box is opened.

This is the level of detail every build starts from — a representative spec, not a brochure. You approve it before anything is ordered, and it becomes the drawing set your contractor and electrician work against.

Scope, stated plainly

We design and integrate. Licensed trades build and power it.

RWC is not a general contractor and does not pull electrical permits. We bring in licensed contractors for construction and power, coordinate their schedule against ours, and take responsibility for everything the room is judged on.

How a build runs

Four stages, in order, every time.

The sequence matters more than the equipment list. Wire pulled at the wrong stage costs three times as much to fix, and no amount of gear rescues a room that was framed without a plan.

Design & drawings

Sightlines, speaker geometry, riser heights, and a low-voltage plan your builder and electrician can actually work from.

Pre-wire

We pull, route, and label everything before the drywall goes up, coordinating with the trades already on site.

Build & finish

Acoustic treatment, screen wall, masking, seating platforms, and equipment rack — assembled and fitted.

Install & calibrate

Gear installed, control programmed, and the room measured and tuned until picture and sound match the design.

Calibration

The last week is where the room is actually won.

Every build ends with measurement: speaker levels and distances, subwoofer placement and phase, room correction, screen geometry and masking, and picture calibration against a known reference.

You get the before and after, in writing. If the numbers do not match the design, we are not finished.
